Your delivery timeframe begins once the carrier has received and scanned your package.

  • Business Days: Delivery estimates are based on business days only (Monday–Friday).

  • Holidays: Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Please allow an additional business day for each public or national holiday.

  • Military Addresses: ⚠️ At this time, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

  • Peak Volume: Orders placed on weekends or Mondays may require one additional processing day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

    • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

    • Estimated Delivery: 8–18 business days

  • 🚀 Expedited Shipping:

    • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

    • Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Rates 🚚

We strive to keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

  • 🆓 Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $60.00 USD

  • 🚚 Standard Shipping Fee: $10.00 USD (for orders under $60.00)

  • Free Expedited Shipping: On all orders over $100.00 USD

  • 🚀 Expedited Shipping Fee: $20.00 USD (for orders under $100.00)

5. Order Tracking

  • 📧 Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions.

  • 🕒 Activation: Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours after the label is created.

  • 📍 Stay Updated: You can track your order status via the link in your email or by contacting our support team.

6. Sale Periods & High Demand

During promotional periods or high-demand seasons:

  • Processing and shipping may be delayed by 1–3 additional business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
